Kaitlyn Dineen
Kaitlyn Dineen builds companies most people underestimate. Hospitality and experience-led businesses are operationally complex, margin-sensitive, and constantly adapting, especially when things don’t go as planned. If you’ve ever tried to move a thousand people through a city with weather rolling in, you know the work isn’t “soft.”
She is the founder of OTHR Management Company, the operational backbone behind a portfolio of experience-led businesses: Fifth Street DMC, a multi-market destination management company; OTHR Agency, a global creative and experience studio; ROAM, a design-forward rental and fabrication company; and a behind-the-scenes development and hospitality consulting arm.
